This is my opinion:

1) Personal Data will not be available to be sold as that alone is one of the areas people are suspicious of.

2) This is what I believe DT refers to when he says data, the ability to share results for mass screening of events. So when you buy a ticket for travel or an event, the result of your test will be shared through data, possibly to an app to match your result with your ticket, giving you clearance to travel or attend. The data is designed to allow efficient processing and to stop errors.
