Here's the last official snippet about EuGeni and Australia from May 2021:

"Where screening has been required for the control of outbreaks, Australian Government organisations have chosen traditional lab-based testing processes (PCR) to provide decision support for isolation. Recently we have been encouraged by the comments of Prime Minister Morrison regarding the use of ART for screening purposes in the future. In the near term, however, the Federal Budget announcements from last week suggest that the Government is not likely open its borders to international travel until late 2021 at the earliest, suggesting that the need for screening in Australia and the potential use of ART as a facilitation tool will not materialise until later this year at the earliest."

This sounds to me ADO have had dialogues with the government and they've indicated that because the borders are not opening until later in the year, ART (at that time) was not neccesary, which is why ADO went with the MDSAP accreditation instead.

Now, if NSW or SA is running out of lab capacity, this may change the government's approach to ARTs, in which maybe our little nimble company can be flexible and make some adjustments to our plans based on the government's needs. Pause the MDSAP, and focus on TGA, make some sales, then go back to MDSAP later, even though there could be some double handling there, but if we can strike a deal with the government, it could be an option worth considering. Or simply stick to the plan but explain that we'll have TGA approval ready in a little over 2 months' time.
