I often wonder how differing the criteria is between the two is, and in part like you suggest, does the CE approval already check some of TGA's boxes in turn helping to fast track or expedite the approval?
Regardless, I suppose that a change in our legislation is required, even if we get TGA approval, technically the test cannot be used.
