i cant see rats in the st for such a plan if there is a lot of circulating disease. if there is no known circulating disease it may be workable.. ive stated a while back and it was reiterated by purple pixie yesterday...what do you do with the positives in this setting?....what about the people they turn up with whom test negative ?

unless you are simply screening an almost zero known case population, it would be bedlam.

the flipside to this is that no ine in this country thinks rats are useful for low case no populations.....total rubbish imo. the flow on health and economic benefits just need to be recognised .
