lol Eumundi directors totally bag AXI and say we hold 27% and we wont sell, then in the next breath they say:

"If however the terms of the Offer were varied, or
a new offer were made, the Eumundi Directors would give due consideration to such
offer."

Another funny part is Eumundi want to use the rise in shareprice brought on by Axioms offer as part of their vwap lol!
And they say if you accept Axiom's offer you holdings will be diluted to 12% but what they fail to say is Axiom deserves to be 5 times bigger because they have 5 x the amount of work on their books.

Eumundi doesn't want to talk about Axioms current works, instead they refer to them as "blue sky". Well I wonder how their report would look if they used Axioms figures for the next 12 months !!

Axiom will be five times the size of Emundi in revenues and profits with-in twelve months.
Emundi's annual revenue will be very small compared to Axioms.
I'm looking forward to Axiom's response.
