    We all appreciated the thread and most HC know the real rampers when we see them. Some even often point them out to help the newies. I do not find yours ramping at all. The CEO himself would be at risk to share too much info in a meeting like that - so all that is usually gained is reassuarnce. That is obviosuly though a huge factor in assisting patience - and potential gain.
