Bluegoose, your observations are sound. No-one knows what will happen. If management are scraping up 22 million and pegging the price of CRML then they are signalling that they don't know what will happen but have attempted to place a price in case things go sideways or down.

Buyout. There has been about a year of experts from all over the world in the financial sector who have seen this large difference in value of CRML and EUR. Moreso since Tanbreez came into the fold. Yet not so much as a nibble at EUR. Any rational and thorough analysis should include answering this. There may be a very real reason that is not in the public domain. And then there is Occam's Razor.

Lithium was on a down trend well before the float, so only now using low lithium pricing as an excuse is easily seen through. And that raises the question of what the share price would be now if Tanbreez wasn't in the stable. Hence the need to understand Tanbreez's value to the market at large now. But that is being avoided.

Like you Bluegoose, I'm looking for a positive outcome, but with so little to go on, it is a gamble. Buying into penny stocks is like expecting to lose. But you wouldn't be in it without wanting to see a return. Let's hope that equilibrium is found and held above the strike rate of the soon to be expired shares. If not then maybe the rules for releasing options will be understood.
