A NASDAQ company might register in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) due to the jurisdiction's tax benefits, streamlined regulations, and flexible corporate structure, which can be attractive for certain types of businesses, particularly those involved in cross-border transactions or seeking to list on international exchanges. BVI offers a low-tax environment, no capital requirements, and confidentiality, making it attractive for certain types of international companies.

I think it doesn't really matter however, as
its technically an Aus company. Circa 70%
Of the company is owned by an AUS
company. So I'd guess if USA want to come
In on it, why would Aussies care. It would
be mutually beneficial. Plus what a tax haven!
