    Thanks - but it doesn't make any sense.

    You can't raise funds for CRML by issuing CRML shares on the NASDAQ and show it as cash in EUR accounts, unless you transfer that cash to the EUR bank accounts. EUR only "owns" 68% of that cash via its holding in CRML. I'm sure the other CRML shareholders wouldn't be too happy if EUR has taken 100% of that cash!
