I think you misinterpreted my post.
you mentioned the BMW deal. When signed there was no way possible to fulfill the deal.
We now know that before the CrML float, that EUR / CRML management already knew that Wolfs would not get mined. We know this because of the Lithium price which is now used as an excuse.
So why was BMW agreement signed knowing that the probability of fulfilling the agreement was basically non existent?
That should be a major red flag. But it seems the rose coloured set like to avoid this truly important aspect. And to be sure, this is just one of many.
what will be the ramifications of not meeting our obligations to BMW?
