I think EUR management and lawyer should ask SEC in advance, if there will be any other amendment required & submit it with this one. Enough of playing around, coz it does look urs and Tech concerns are genuine. On other hand SEC too wouldnt have asked for ammendments (6 now I guess) if there intent was blocking this listing!! Its frustrating, annoying, heartbreaking to see other lithium stocks gone boom/bust 2-3 times in last 2-3 years and here we are seating like ducks...
