If that is the case, then it must truly raise questions about those contracted to compile and present to the SEC.
Shareholders should be entitled to understand why this journey has been prolonged. A breakdown of lawyer fees and cumulative charges at each SEC lodgement stage would be interesting reading.
When shareholders are paying for a service, it is fair to demand competency and clarity.
