Tech I have listed assets on exchanges before … you forget that the deal has constantly evolved from the first paperwork that was handed to the SEC … some mistakes were also made which is undeniable and I’ll be honest it’s a complete pain in the butt with the sort of red tape nightmares are made of …. It’s just that simple ….. but I would be extremely surprised, gobsmacked even if we don’t get SEC effective notice before Xmas and listing by mid Feb at the latest.
