    Well look at it this way Dog we have waited a while and the wait is close to being over no matter which way the cookie crumbles..

    I think I’m going to be extremely happy but I still believe there is risk attached to the asset. What I’ve put in I’m prepared to lose but if it pays off well that’s a chalet somewhere nice.

    Risk reward is through the roof….. just saying
