Asked at AGM. No thought has been given to this matter. Seemed to have hit them from left field. If there was a in specie distribution then it would likely only go to shareholders. Oppie holders are welcome to convert. However very unlikely to have any distribution. Tranches of CRMLshares owned by EUR will be sold off to get a bigger range of shareholders in CRML. This would go into EUR coffers for more projects.
My thoughts only, there would have to be a dividend due.
Those expecting the spoils to be divvied up will be disappointed. This will be a war chest scenario and anyone not happy can leave.
