EUR will own the CRM shares. The EUR shareholders hold EUR shares. If enough shareholders get together they may be able to control the company. However, I doubt it. Any distribution would give the top 20 shareholders some serious tax problems Those with money would prefer to control tax problems rather than have them thrust upon them without notice.
