The overview map shows all possible lithium deposits in Europe, some of which are not even developed or certified.
Rock Tech, for example, has no lithium of its own and is building a converter north of Berlin.But for which spodumene and rock types?As far as I know, a converter can only process and refine a certain type of spodumene and not from different mines.
Vulcan wants to extract lithium in the Upper Rhine region using geothermal technology.This region in particular is prone to earthquakes due to plate shifts.Phase 1 will require 1.5 billion without knowing whether it will work at all.I have my doubts about that.
The fact is that no project in Europe is as far advanced as EUR in relation to WolfsbergIf we add Styria, then the deposit is probably enough for 4-5 car manufacturers in Europe.
