    Hello BR,
    assuming EUR gives up the currently only asset in the merger to CRML as a spin-off, how do you think the shareholders should be compensated?
    The only way I know of German spin-offs is that the shareholders receive the shares of the new company according to a distribution key.
    In my opinion, it cannot be that the EUR Board of Directors sells or distributes these shares and the shareholders do not participate.
