I found no information on CRMA funds.
We see now two sources of EU funding: EU special funds, i. e. JUST Transition Fund and funding from EU countries. For example, Infinity Lithium recenty secured EUR 18.8m grant from Spain.
Now the budgeting process is going both on EU and country level, so available funding volume may be known later by the end of the year.

As for terms:
"The Council and the European Parliament today reached a deal on the proposed regulation establishing a framework to ensure a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials, better known as the Critical Raw Materials Act. The agreement is provisional, pending formal adoption in both institutions."
