Other than expressing that the intrinsic value is higher than the sp, I agree that the buy back is an exercise in futility. It certainly hasn't put a floor under the sp hence my comment that the market seems to have lost confidence in management, the business model or both. Buy backs and director buying are all well and good but.....
If they don't deliver on their acquisition strategy, you're probably right about mismanaging market expectations by being too bullish. One way or another, the rubber is about to meet the road.
