Theoretically, the balance sheet should be bolstered when they receive the proceeds from Terranora expected before FYE17. The question then is what will they do with the funds - continue with the buy back, make further acquisitions or both. I suppose that will depend on factors such as the availability of commercially sensible acquisition opportunities in the pipeline, incremental return on equity, eps accretion from the buy back and the like. Time will tell but should be an interesting few weeks ahead.
