Two important lessons for management here.
1. Smarter to under promise and over deliver.
2. The market can be fooled some of the time but not all the time.
Only two things would encourage me to revisit this stock.
1. Tangible evidence that the roll up/acquisition strategy is intact.
2. A show of confidence in the form of meaningful buying by management especially now that the sp is close to NTA.
There are hundreds of stocks out there competing for my investment dollars to waste my time and money on this one.
