    DXRPA yield is 10.4% with 2% step up in Jul 2012
    GMPPA yield is 18% yield with step up Mar 2013
    MXUPA yield is 18% yield with step in Apr 2010

    Capital gain best with MXUPA and GMPPA.

    Have no idea on relative safety of DXRPA and GMPPA but I take comfort from the fact that BAM has preferred equity which ranks behind MXUPA. Also, net equity still quite healthy on Multiplex
