Not really sure why you hold stock when your sentiment is LT Sell?

For me if I have no faith in a stock I sell the damm thing, take the loss if need be and move on.

Don't worry about Mac Bank too much they are often in the business of making bad investments that cost the guys there bonus.

I have purchased more this week and look forward to soaking up some more over the coming weeks, so please feel free to dump on the market if you think it is a dog.
