I understand what you are saying but simply put if the premium isn't enough for the shareholders and management then the company doesn't have to accept it. We don't have to accept a small offer because that's what usually happens with other such deals.
I don't think Wayne will just try to grab any offer because he is well aware of what we have and it is something the other companies will have to have if they are going to remain in the field. I think having what we have (assuming things go on as now) we are the ones in the superior position and don't have to accept weak offers.
