The article does raise an interesting point apart from the wonderful news there is a working petroleum system. Subsequent drilling is required to prove up a field. Not a problem for Shell but it does raise some issues for PCL. Hopefully a farm-out results in a cash component and the sp will be in a decent place so the CR's don't end up diluting holders too much. Its a good problem to have as it means you would have found something.
