Well put mate, though possibly understating when saying prospectively has increased imo. No offence but this was the last bastion or holy grail of oil exploration area's ( aside from Arctic Circle ) to be unlocked. Billions and billions of USD investment and infrastructure heading to Namibia now and PCL have a very very desirable postcode.
