Whats normal here ( I hope with GCN) in two weeks time we will get an expanded statement and some corporate facts,showing strength of this new arrangement. As GCN is a very internet savvy group I would expect a www site to be created for First Mongolian. This would explain listing strategy with sufficient detail to make a considered judgement,it will need to bee progressively updated as JORC confirmation is confirmed.The substantial legals could follow in the formal prospectus to raise $1 from GCN participants at min $2k IF ASX REQUIRES IT>>THEY MAY NOT.
GCN have already promised there will be an entitlement,if it gets too hard the a second option remains and leave the 10% with its own corporate structure...it may be too late for this ,but it is a alternative for ALL GCN HOLDERS
It is without doubt this deal which involves a deal with the major TV station is added value to the pile.
