The price negotiations here are to merely have shareholders thinking negative only. Sooner or later people will start believing what they hear and accept a lower price. Then out comes the experts report undervaluing the offer price and they once again increase the bid from 50 cents to 57 cents and again talk about the premium to the latest share price.

The price of iron ore will change hundreds of times from now till the end of the mine life. bottom line though is that they need to pay what a fair price is currently.

Lets hope the price negotiations are actually more around the lines of SDL wanting them to increase the offer price to be more in line with what the experts report will have as a valuation.
