hi Lockitt
Not an expert on much, I read a lot and you seem to be inferring China is aiming for gold . . . absolutely right and they will be the next reserve currency and it will be backed by gold..
At present USA, Europe and the UK are hell bent on raising the debt levels of their countries to impossible heights, we have no real idea of what their gold reserves are at present, there are unbelievable amounts of highly leveraged over-the-counter derivatives flooding our financial system . . . global finance has lost its way.
Fiat currency is not the answer, and we are starting to see that these countries have all started up the printing presses.
Then you say China wants to be the reserve currency, i say why not . . . they hold trillions in US treasuries at present and are going a long way to keep the world and Australia afloet.
A good business man and investor goes with the flow, remember "the trend is your friend."
Look at the future . . .it is certainly not one with a xenophobic focus.
I believe we will do well with this venture, and in a shorter period of time.
Remember, I know nothing, Jahar
