I guess that depends on what you heard and when.
I am only going by the TYX announcements. I have no other knowledge about Eureka.
There was hold up at Eureka due to a purchase contract issue, but that has been resolved and the last announcement (referred to in my initial post) was made after that, so unless there are other more recent issues that I am unaware of, the news flow should be very soon.
