Some good aggressive questioning highlighting April raise at 50c versus 85c listing and whether listing is premature.
NASDAQ listed Quantumscape is given as a comparable labscale only technology with $9.5 billion marketcap.
Current cap raise buys 2 years of development and future cap raises are almost certain.
High risk / high reward play - I intend to subscribe as a priority shareholder.
For some technologies which are very sound - greedy management capture the business and milk it whilst managing hype to fuel cap raisings. Plenty of ASX examples I can recall and many Investors' dreams dashed.
Need to watch management closely - consulting fees / related transactions / unreasonable performance incentives are the red flags.
Love the technology but go in with my eyes wide open.
