- Canadian resource developer Euro Manganese (EMN) has welcomed some new additions to its board, effective immediately
- Primus Power CEO and Co-founder, Tom Stepien, has been appointed as a director of Euro Manganese
- Tom brings over 30 years' experience in global high technology management, operations and engineering experiences
- As part of the appointment, Tom has been granted stock options to purchase 500,000 common company shares, which are exercisable at C$0.125 (roughly A$0.132 cents)
- Current EMN Project Director, Andrea Zaradic, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and brings over 30 years' global experience across the mining and renewable energy industries
- Finally, current Vice President for Project Development, Dr Thomas Glück has been appointed Chief Technology Officer
- Company shares are trading 11.1 per cent higher for 15 cents
