Its great news , but still selling potential.
While ever there is uncertainty about incoming cash dont expect too much on the share price.
The sp rise the last 18 months represents them getting the product development right and is good enough for now.
The next big move is getting it to market or takeover.
Fundies will keep it afloat during raises and make their coin shuffling stock
