Look at your cafes, nursing homes, hospitals, hotels, ... in the biggest cities of Australia.

They're operated by mostly new migrants (with ordinary spoken English) doing the jobs that "old" or 2nd,3rd generation Australians don't want to get their hands dirty for.

Too many "old" Australians are lackadaisical, coming from more a privileged position which is also their inherited perspective ... whereas migrants have to work harder than average because they have more to lose.

Look at how many (often temporary) fly-ins Singapore has to get outsiders to do their "ordinary" jobs. Without migrants, you'll get a quasi Idiocracy.
