In my opinion VNPT do an agreement with NOR,because VNPT have now partnered with a small company,sorry i forgot the name of this one!i had to look for on tuesday,there i have lots of time!
I think VNPT needs a better partner,a stronger one,so for me is NOR much better than the other one !NOR have now a package,they have WP with an cristalclear quality calling,World Wifi,World Credit and and and.THIS IS ALL-IN-ONE package and NOR have a small marcetcap too!
Why Vietnam???
Nor called for talks with vietnam,or vietnam telco are interested in NOR????
I think the first step are non binding MOU to look how NOR is working!
I think the agreement will be soon with VNPT!!!!i held my stocks for a long!mr P still working for an good contract!
