I figured I’d share some of my multi month travels first in uk and currently in Paris.
not sure I’d want to live in Paris but there is no doubt there is a magic to it. Maybe it’s the architecture much of it old, maybe the history, maybe the landscape dotted with cute streets and cafes (though today in the luxury fashion end finding a cafe was a lot harder than I hoped) maybe it just the legend. But you can’t be bored.
the transport system is amazing. Once I understood how it worked and with thanks to Google maps which didn’t exist when I made prior visits - I have crisscrossed Paris from inside the centre to outer suburbs. It’s an adventure. The only way you’d not love it is if you need to feel in control
