Original Lamp started 2 years late and did not reach name plate till after NEXT was completed.
Next was completed on time except for PRO which was at least 6 months Late. Several years latter they still have not produced next rates for even a full Q. They claim they have for a month here and there.

1. Texas was suppose to be done last fall they still have not announced a site for it yet.
2. KAL is now suppose to be done. 6 months Late. This is actually vey good for a project of this size. The problem is as recently as 6 months ago they were saying on time. Most project mangers would be fired for that amount of slip that late in the game.
3. The PDF was suppose to be finished in June 0f 2022 is it done yet. PDF was not in 2025 plan so here is the 30 Jan 2020 announcement. https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/LYC/02197076.pdf
4. Lamp up grades are supposed to be done by end of year No status yet on these but in spite of no problems last Q they did not reach even NEXT rates. They were close.
5. Here is the 2025 plan as given to us in 2019. There were two updates since then that only said every thing is fine. Can you Please show the projects you made you statement Lynas have an excellent track record at delivering large scale projects,

Every company has things they do well and things they don't. Stock holders should be aware pf theses. Large project management is one of the things Lynas does not do well at. You want a lamp sized facility in EU or US. The Texas project is the worse managed of all the 2025 plans JMO it will take 6 years to complete this project that was suppose to be 2 years. I think they need to finish this before they take on something like you are talking about. would still give them a B overall but they have to fix this problem.
