So it looks like TLG has some funding allocated within 24 hrs of my post. No details yet.
Anna Michelle specifically mentioned the report which the EU has now adopted.
She then referred to chapter 70, this requires an environmental impact assessment in order to proceed.
Looks like she got what she intended. Which is what Mark was asking.
I'm no lawyer, but I'm sure a team of lawyers were all over this for Mark to make sure it was enforceable.
So not slow at all!!!
