..two years ago THR was listed at AIM as main stockmarket and then as a secondary listing at some German stock exchanges- from them only Frankfurt is important. THR was not listed in Australia 'cause TNG MM thought that a small special-metal company might get more market attraction in GB than in down under. Germany/Frankfurt is a very interesting market for high speculative exploration companies. But to get market attraction there you have to do good promotion. THR had a relationship to a well known promoter and therefore contacts to the Austrian/German newsletter Bullvestor. Because of their recommendations German investors knew about the THR-story and bought many shares- more than 10% of todays outstanding shares IMO. Shortly after the purchase of the U-assets from Batavia MM decided to make an IPO in Australia and than have a dual-listing London/Sydney. Now about half of THR's outstanding shares are held and traded in Australia and the other half in Europe (both have different codes).
