Might be worth re-reading my post. I'm not predicting a big drop on the DOW, but rather, am giving technical levels if we happen to see a break of 12,000. If 12,000 holds, then as I stated XAO could do 5000.
I don't know which way we'll go, and had been stating for the past 6 months that my models showed an inflection. Unable to call direction from my number crunching as there are no models inputs for the decisions of crazy politicians! Market is hard to call because of this, whereas in the past I have had much success with my models as hard numbers (leading indicator data) coupled with political stability rendered them quite accurate (lucrative for me). The GFC was easy to call bottom as political stability and domino debt wasn't a real feature IMO, despite what we've been told. Anybody's guess mate...
