I watched ( unfortunately) a similar story of an engineering compay which had a long runwayof work and growth...SRG.
Shares were $0.20 and were paying $0.20 dividend...I thought but did not act....stupid me.
I think SDV is a similar situation., they have a possible very long runway of demand building. There are other companies doing PFAS Tx so SDV will need to execute well and win work. If they do that then we should all be satisfied over the next few years.
I think one of the things effecting the S.P is a re valuation of risk in micro caps.
