They can give you discounts if they really want to, there are a few ways around it...

1. heavily discounting other items you purchase at the same time that arent agency items

2. they have season sales and discounts and promotions that can include free cooking items,cutlery, cashbacks etc

3. cooking packages, if you are buying a whole kitchen you can get a package deal.

4. when new models are released they will dump all the old stock at decent discount.

Ok so not the greatest way of bargaining, but miele is generally worth the money.
