    I dont know. I used to work in whitegoods retail and Miele was an agency but from memory none of the other European brands were agencies (i.e. the store distributed the products, bought them and resold them). Mind you, a lot of the 'exlusive' european brands arent accessed through dept stores.

    Bosch isnt really European, they get the larger whitegoods made in Asia, some of their small goods are european however.

    For fridges id go much closer to home - f+p, westinghouse (or any electrolux equivalent).
