From a 2020 report (just google Study on the EU's list of Critical Raw Materials (2020) Final Report) is their assessment of critical raw materials in terms of supply risk and economic importance. ASM products circled in green. No surprise on the REE's but Tantalum/Titanium also makes the shortlist, which might be driving the idea that the Korean commercial plant is soon replicated in Europe?
