european dermaportation patent

Posters will recall that the company announced last year that its Dermaportation patent had been granted by the United States patent office (see ASX announcement of 23 August 2011).

There has been recent activity at the European Patent Office (EPO) in relation to the corresponding European patent application. In essence, it appears that the discussion (arguments) between EPO and OBJ's patent attorneys has almost resolved and the EPO is hopefully on the verge of granting the patent.
