    European equities like the FTSE , CAC and DAX edged up higher as manfacturing sector picked up ahead of a US Federal Reserve meeting likely to outline the central bank's monetary easing plans.Sentiment was boosted by data showing surprisingly strong growth in the US manufacturing sector last month, as well as upbeat manufacturing purchasing managers index (PMI) numbers in China earlier in the session.Mining shares ralliedFTSE Index, DAX Index & CAC Index ended up 0.1 - 0.3 percent.
