Malmanu, I have been thinking more about the whole merger debate in the sleep aponea space and when you think about SOM and the fact that although it has a very healthy outlook for cornering the market with its product, it also leaves it wide open for takeover. Essentially, it is a one product company and therefore SOM directors faced with the option of a takeover can either sell all at the right price (I could see plenty of ramping up of the price before that would happen) or they agree to sell but cut a deal to retain the rights to the technology thus maintaining a revenue stream from a lucrative selling product wit worldwide appeal.
