Doesnt seem to include volume data, but I think it is pretty light.
Pretty sure a broker will have purchased a chunk on market that they are selling over there, if they need more then they just come back to our market and buy them. The german markets allow brokers to do this for any stocks they like from what I can tell, sometimes the companies don't even know they are being traded over there.
