The Company announces the appointment of John Joseph May as Finance Director and a senior member of the Audit Commitee with immediate effect.

John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has many years experience in the small company sector.He is chairman of the Small Business Bureau Limited and The Genesis Initiative Limited who are lobbying groups for small business to the UK Parliament.He is active in a number of current listed and non listed companies and is a key appointment ahead of our proposed listing on the AIM market in London.

We welcome John to the Board of Directors.
